SCHEMAT POSTĘPOWANIA Z TAX REFUND CHECK
1. Przy zakupie poproś personel o wystawienie Tax Refund Check. Data na formularzu musi być zgodna z datą na paragonie.

2. Na wywiezienie towaru masz pełne 3 miesiące nie licząc miesiąca, w którym dokonany był zakup. Gdy opuszczasz Polskę i Unie Europejską potwierdź w Urzędzie Celnym zakup wywożonego towaru wraz z załączonym paragonem. Zabierz koniecznie ze sobą paszport lub inny dokument potwierdzający tożsamość oraz Tax Refund Cheque. Po sprawdzeniu zgodności wszystkich dokumentów celnik ostempluje Tax Refund Cheque

3. Gotówkę odzyskasz w wyznaczonych punktach Motoamper nie później niż przed upływem 10 miesięcy licząc od końca miesiąca, w którym dokonałeś zakupu. Obowiązkowo oddajesz sprzedawcy komplet dokumentów potwierdzających zawarcie transakcji dostawy towarów w ramach Tax Free.

TAX REFUND CHECK PROCEDURE
1. When shopping in a store ask the staff for a Tax Refund Check. The date on the form must be the same as on the receipt. Do not unpack your shopping.

2. You have 3 months following the month of the purchase to take the goods out of the territory of the European Union. When leaving Poland and the EU confirm the purchase of the goods (with the receipt attached) with the Customs Office. Have your passport or another personal ID and the Tax Refund Check on you. After the documents are verified the Customs will stamp your Tax Refund Check.

3. You will be able to collect your VAT refund in designated Motoamper stores for up to 10 months following the end of the month of your purchase. To claim the refund you have to return the documents confirming the tax free purchase to the store.

SO VERFAHREN SIE MIT TAX REFUND CHECK
1. Beim Einkauf holen Sie sich beim Personal den Tax Refund Check. Das Datum auf dem Formular muss mit dem Datum auf dem Kassenzettel übereinstimmen.

2. Zur Ausfuhr der Waren haben Sie volle 3 Monate - der Einkaufsmonat nicht dazugerechnet. Wenn Sie Polen und die Europäische Union verlassen, bestätigen Sie den Einkauf der ausgeführten Ware zusammen mit dem beigelegten Kassenzettel beim Zollamt. Nehmen Sie unbedingt den Pass oder einen anderen Personalausweis und den Tax Refund Check mit. Nach der Kontrolle, ob alle Dokumente übereinstimmen, wird der Zöllner den Tax Refund Check abstempeln.

3. Das Bargeld können Sie in den aufgezeichneten Punkten der Motoamper nicht später als vor dem Ablauf von 10 Monaten abholen. Die Zeit läuft ab dem Ende des Monats, in dem Sie eingekauft haben.
Sie müssen dem Verkäufer ein Komplett von den die Transaktion der Warenlieferung im Rahmen der Tax Free bestätigenden Dokumenten vorlegen.
